Hi Todd - it’s peg - we are so excited to be at the property. We just wanted to touch base before we settled in for the night. There were a few things which you may already be aware of with respect to the furniture. We noticed that several of the sofa slip covers and chair have stains and black marks as well as being very dirty. The kitchen area floor has several crumbs around the island and table, multiple scratches on the wall near the garbage can and blue picture. Lastly we noticed several shelves in the refrigerator had not been cleaned. Also, The filter basket for the coffee maker is broken. Tough for some coffee drinkers. One of the main level bedroom drawers has some dirty clothes. Please advise us on how we should proceed. Thanks so much. I can send photos if needed. There are so many more pictures I cannot include. Are there any sheets that can be used to cover the furniture so we can sit?

Bra found in the trundle bed. Concern that sheets/ linens have not been cleaned.

The floors and dirty - kids only ran around inside and black feet. Not expected for a clean home. We all took our shoes off upon entry. Maintenance door was open or arrival. Front door was unlocked on arrival.
